Meridiano by Vibia X Molteni&C introduces a new dialogue between object, light, and open‑air space, merging materiality and illumination into a single sculptural form. Conceived to enhance terraces, gardens, and outdoor lounges with serenity and subtle lighting, this design redefines how an element of furniture can shape the atmosphere around it.

The innovative design's silhouette balances solidity and lightness: a smooth, monolithic volume blending naturally into architectural and landscape contexts. Rooted in the Molteni&C culture of quality living, Meridiano expresses versatility — neither purely a seat nor solely a lamp, but a fusion of both. By day, it becomes a comfortable resting point; by night, it transforms into an intimate source of warm light that gently illuminates its surroundings.

The integrated LED source is subtly concealed, directing diffused light downward to create soft gradients across surfaces and enhancing the ambience without visual intrusion. Freestanding and requiring no permanent installation, Meridiano adapts fluidly to evolving outdoor layouts and seasonal uses. Offered in tall and low versions, it becomes a flexible companion for contemporary outdoor living — a piece that can be easily moved to enhance the mood of the day or evening.
