Molteni&C @ Boutique Salvatore Ferragamo

In occasion of the Milan Design Week, Molteni&C and Salvatore Ferragamo once again partnered up. Alongside the historic window displays of Salvatore Ferragamo's Women's Boutique on Via Montenapoleone, this year the Men's Boutique also showcased the “Materia” installation, inspired by Molteni&C’s new textile collection. The Men's Boutique window hosted an interplay of striking color and texture contrasts, while those of the Women's boutique featured softer, more feminine hues. The prints, reproduced on wallpaper, provided a backdrop for iconic Molteni&C products, such as Aldo Rossi’s Carteggio desk in the new Baltic green finish, the D.655.1 chest of drawers, the D.153.1 and D.154.2 armchairs and the D.270.2 chair by the great maestro of Milanese design Gio Ponti, Ron Gilad’s small Panna Cotta table and 45°/Vetrina glass cabinet and Rodolfo Dordoni’s Chelsea chairs. An absolute novelty, also thanks to its new Viennese cane textile upholstery, is Gio Ponti’s D.270.2 armchair, on exclusive display in the windows of Salvatore Ferragamo’s Mens Boutique.
